    • 28 y Medio es un espacio colaborativo, situado en el casco histórico de la ciudad de La Laguna. Ocupa la planta baja de un edificio centenario, cuyas salas, con techos de 4 metros de altura, se distribuyen en torno a un patio central. Existen cuatro espacios principales: dos estudios de trabajo, un showroom o zona de eventos y un taller de fabricación digital. Los espacios servidores se componen de una sala de reuniones, un área de descanso, servicios y cocina compartida. El espacio más novedoso, lo constituye el co.living, un área que se ha habilitado para facilitar estancias de invitados externos y emprendedores extranjeros en el estudio.

    El espacio inició su actividad con el impulso de tres emprendedores. Siguiendo una metodología de liderazgo participativo, la comunidad y el equipo maker ha co.diseñado el estudio. El espacio ha ido creciendo de forma orgánica, atendiendo al crecimiento de la comunidad. Empoderar a los colaboradores para que se apropien del espacio y enriquezcan el estudio de forma creativa ha sido clave en esta expansión. Los espacios fluyen y se ajustan a las necesidades de las personas en cada momento. Cada colaborador aporta un porcentaje de su tiempo al mes para contribuir con mejoras e ideas tanto al espacio como el equipo, alimentando un cajón de ideas brillantes.
